Found in the pretty hamlet of Portwrinkle, the beach, historic harbour and coastal walks are a mere stone's throw away, as is the links golf course for those who want to put their handicap to the test, and to indulge in some good old Cornish hospitality the village pub is a 10 minute stroll up the hill.
You'll while away your days gathered in the open plan living-room with bi-folding doors so you can soak in that view, relaxing on the balconies enjoying a good holiday read, enjoying fun-filled hours on the local beaches or lazing on the roof terrace with the ultimate bird's eye view of this most stunning of settings – it is quite magical.
There is a large double berth garage with automatic doors to ensure that your car is safe and secure throughout your stay. The garage also double’s up as a fantastic games room, with full size ping pong table & air hockey table meaning that the kids can be pulled off the sofa on those more blustery days. On the ground floor is also a lobby room where you can leave your coats and boots and slip into something more comfortable. As you pass through to the garage there is also an area to leave your wet-suits and in the garage itself is a rack for boards and bikes. There is a utility room on the ground floor with washer and dryer as well as any cleaning equipment that you may need during your stay. There is also access to the lift, something that is a blessing if you have mobility issues, lots of shopping or are simply tired!
On the first floor lie three out of five bedrooms. The master on the far end with adjoining bathroom with a large bath and plenty of space for two. There is a comfortable king size bed, The next two bedrooms can be made into two singles or a king sized bed. These rooms share the second bathroom which has both a stand alone shower and a bath. All the bedrooms have sliding doors onto a balcony which has seating facing out onto the ocean.
The second floor opens on to a stunning open plan living and kitchen area with sliding balcony doors and stunning ocean views. You may find that this beautiful room is where you will spend most of your time. It is light and airy, and makes you feel that you outside in the open air, whilst having all your creature comforts around you. There are two large sofas, a coffee table, a dining table and large kitchen with 5 ring induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and large fridge.
Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom. Further up the stairs is a cinema and chill room. There is a 55 inch television, and lots of games for all the family. There is a comfortable sofa bed that pulls out to make a king size bed, sleeping one or two extra guests, as well as lots of comfy beanbags on the floor.
To finish, there is a stunning roof terrace with al-fresco dining area. This lovely terrace gives you spectacular ocean views and acts as a sun trap for those rays so you can relax on a sun lounger with a glass of something cold and soak in the beauty of Portwrinkle.
